FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering and can be used in radar systems. Device comprises collector supply source, anode power supply source, filament power supply, modulator power supply, filter, switch and traveling-wave tube (TWT), wherein the delaying system TWT and the positive lead of the anode power supply are connected to the body of the device, and the negative lead through the filter is connected to the cathode TWT, the middle lead of the filter is connected to the body of the device, the negative lead of the power supply of the collector is connected to the cathode TWT, and positive leads are connected to corresponding collectors TWT, leads of heating power supply are connected to cathode and heater TWT, output "common" power supply of modulator is connected to cathode TWT, and the positive and negative outputs of the modulator power supply are connected to the corresponding inputs of the switch, the output of which is connected to the mesh TWT, a measuring device, a bidirectional communication channel, a microcontroller of general control and a strobing circuit, wherein measurement inputs of the parameter measurement circuit are connected to the outputs of the filament power supply, the modulator power supply, and one of the collector power supply outputs, and the input / output is connected through the bidirectional communication channel to the common control microcontroller input / output, first interface input of which by means of internal interface bus is connected to control inputs of collector supply source, anode power supply source, filament power supply source and modulator power supply, and control signals from external source are supplied to second interface input, control output of microcontroller of common control is connected to input of gating circuit, output of which is connected to input of switch, and to other input of gating circuit there are pulses of transmitter start-up.

EFFECT: improved weight and size characteristics, reliability, manufacturability and expansion of functional capabilities, both of power supply system and device as a whole.
