SUBSTANCE: device includes modulator, modulator power supply, input circuit, travelling-wave tube (TWT), output circuit, high-voltage rectifier, the first divider, power supply, direct current amplifier, monitoring device; at that, modulator includes the fourth and the fifth rectifiers, the second reference voltage source, the second comparison circuit, the second error signal amplifier, the third control element, the fourth divider, commutator, the first amplifier, infrared emitter, two fibre-optic harnesses, two infrared receivers, the second and the third amplifiers, the first key cascade, the second key cascade, the second protection device, two filters, the fourth control element, the third error signal amplifier, the third reference voltage source and the fifth divider.
EFFECT: providing the operation of transmitter in millimetre wave band and reducing its mass-and-dimension characteristics.
