SUBSTANCE: light-emitting device includes: a base containing current-conducting paths; a light emitting element mounted on the base and configured to emit light radiation; light-reflecting film located on the upper surface of the light-emitting element; and a coating covering the light emitting element and the light-reflecting film. Ratio (H/W) of shell height (H) to width (W) of shell bottom surface is less than 0.5.
EFFECT: invention provides wide distribution of light radiation without using a secondary lens.
