FIELD: transport machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport and is intended for connection and tightening of belts retaining weight on platform or other bearing base. Proposed device comprises at least two frame parts connected by rotary joint, one of which is secured to said belt. Joint between the rotary parts is equipped with drum (3) passing between parallel projections of frame parts. At the opposite ends of drum (3), the rotary joint between the rotary parts is provided with a ratchet mechanism, which provides for one-sided rotation of the drum at multiple turning of the said main rotary parts in opposite directions. Drum (3) has two recesses (20, 21) located under the corresponding different angles of inclination relative to the axis of rotation of drum (3) spaced from each other and located in opposite orientations. On drum (3) or as its part there is a guide element for the belt inserted through the recess. Method of device operation for belt fastening consists in flat belt location on drum corresponding to width of at least fixed belt, side edges of which are inserted into corresponding recesses made in drum, and then using ratchet mechanism for belt winding around drum with thereby tightening said belt.

EFFECT: invention provides simple and reliable belt fixation.
