FIELD: heat exchange.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to combined heat-insulating systems and method of their construction. Combined heat insulation system having an insulating layer, optionally a reinforcing layer applied on the insulating layer, and an outer layer applied on the insulating layer or on the reinforcing layer in its presence, characterized in that the outer layer contains composite particles which contain at least one organic polymer as an organic polymer phase and at least one inorganic solid substance, which particles are distributed in organic polymer phase, at that mass fraction of inorganic solid substance ranges from 15 to 40 wt. % in terms of total weight of organic polymer and inorganic solid substance in composite particle, and size of composite particles is from 5 to 5000 nm. Method for heat insulation of external facades of buildings, consisting in attachment of said combined heat-insulating system to external facade of building. Application of composite particles as composite coating dispersion, which have size from 5 to 5000 nm and contain at least one organic polymer as organic polymer phase and at least one inorganic solid substance, particles of which are distributed in organic polymer phase, during construction of said combined heat-insulating systems. Use of composite particles as a composite coating dispersion, having size of 5 to 5000 nm and contain at least one organic polymer as organic polymer phase and at least one inorganic solid substance, particles of which are distributed in organic polymer phase, in outer layer of said combined heat insulation systems.

EFFECT: technical result is increased mechanical loading - impact strength, formation of stable barrier with preservation of impact strength.
