SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making a porous moulded article in the form of an insulating plaster layer. Method of making a porous moulded article in the form of a layer of insulating plaster, containing closed porous or open-porous or mixed-porous hollow bodies of inorganic materials and composite particles as a binder, which contain at least one organic polymer as an organic polymer phase and at least one inorganic solid substance, particles of which are distributed in the organic polymer phase, wherein weight fraction of inorganic solid substance ranges from 15 to 50 wt. % in terms of total weight of organic polymer and inorganic solid substance in composite particle, closed porous or open-porous or mixed-porous hollow bodies of inorganic materials in amount of 10 to 50 wt. %, composite particles in amount of 5 to 20 wt. %, fillers in amount of 40 to 80 wt. %, mineral binding and/or polymer binder in amount of 0 to 20 wt. % and optionally additional additives in amount of 0.1 up to 10 wt. %, in each case in terms of total weight of dry mixture without water, wherein said values in wt. % in each case in total amount to 100 wt. %, padding with water and obtained solution is applied on base. Invention is developed in dependent items of the formula.
EFFECT: technical result is the manufacture of insulating material, having flexible and simultaneously improved fire-prevention properties.
