FIELD: technological processes; oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparation of associated petroleum gas and can be used in oil industry. Plant consists of inlet separator, adsorption unit with at least two sections, each with at least two adsorbers, unit for selective oxidation with a heater, an air supply line, a catalytic reactor and a recuperative heat exchanger, and an absorption unit with a compression and mixing device and a separator. During operation of the plant, associated petroleum gas is separated in a separator into a condensate supplied to the oil discharge line, and separation gas supplied to the working section of the absorption unit, where it is successively dried and cleaned in working adsorbers to produce prepared gas. Simultaneously, adsorbents are regenerated in adsorbers of the other section of the adsorption unit by blowdown of purified gas heated in recuperative heat exchanger and heater to produce moist sulfur dioxide gas, which is directed to a selective oxidation unit, where it is mixed with air and oxidised in a catalytic reactor to obtain an oxidation product discharged to the absorption unit after cooling in a recuperative heat exchanger. Non-volatile oxidation products are absorbed by oil circulating by means of compression and mixing device, and separated in a separator into purified gas and oil, balance excess of which is removed.
EFFECT: technical result is cleaning of associated petroleum gas from hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans.
