FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning associated petroleum gas from hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans and can be used in oil industry. Plant consists of inlet separator, adsorption unit with at least two adsorbers, unit of selective oxidation with heater, catalytic reactor and recuperative heat exchanger, an absorption unit with a compression and mixing device and a separator and is connected to an oil treatment unit by supply lines of associated oil gas and condensate, oil inlet/outlet. During operation of the plant, associated oil gas is separated in the inlet separator, the obtained condensate is removed and separation gas is supplied to the adsorption unit, where it is cleaned in working adsorber to obtain sweetened gas discharged from the plant. In the other adsorbent, the adsorbent is regenerated by blowing with heated purified gas to obtain sulfur dioxide gas which is fed into the selective oxidation unit, where it is mixed with air and subjected to selective oxidation in a catalytic reactor to obtain an oxidation product discharged to the absorption unit after cooling in a recuperative heat exchanger. Non-volatile oxidation products are absorbed by circulating oil and separated in a separator into purified gas and oil, balance excess of which is brought to oil treatment plant.
EFFECT: technical result is cleaning of associated petroleum gas from hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans.
