FIELD: technological processes; oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for gas preparation by means of low-temperature separation and can be used in gas industry for field preparation of downhole products of gas condensate deposits. Disclosed is an apparatus, the first version of which includes an input separation unit, a dephlegmator, a deethanizer, a debutaniser, an ejector, a low-temperature separator, a recovery heat exchanger and reducing devices. Second version of installation additionally includes separator and reducing device. In operation of the plant according to version 1, by means of the ejector, the debutanisation gas is compressed by means of the ejector, the obtained mixture is separated in the input separation unit into water condensate, hydrocarbon condensate and gas, which is fed via a recuperative heat exchanger into a dephlegmator, where it is cooled in a dephlegmation condition with low-temperature separation gas. Reflux gas is withdrawn from the top of the dephlegmator, reduced and separated together with the deethanization gas in the low-temperature separator for the gas removed after heating in the dephlegmator, and condensate, which is fed into a deethanizer, from which a deethanization gas and a propane-butane fraction are removed. Condensate is condensed from bottom of dephlegmator, reduced and supplied to debutaniser together with reduced hydrocarbon condensate. Debutanisation gas is discharged from the top of the debutanizer, and a stable condensate is discharged from the bottom. Operation of plant according to version 2 differs by the fact that hydrocarbon condensate after reduction is supplied to separator, from top of which separation gas is supplied to line of input separation gas, and residue of separation is supplied to debutanizer after reduction.

EFFECT: technical result is wider range of products and waste-free preparation of well products.
