SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nondestructive inspection of metal parts of aviation equipment. Device for measuring contact potential difference of metal parts of aviation equipment includes a digital portable oscilloscope with memory and a sensor connected to it, comprising a measuring electrode of comparison from nickel, connected to an oscillatory circuit equipped with a piezoelectric cell, and a preamplifier, wherein the oscillation circuit control circuitry includes an integrated timer circuit, and the preamplifier comprises an operational amplifier.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of creating a device for rapid and continuous measurement of contact potential difference on the surface of metal parts with a simple device having high efficiency, with their nondestructive inspection during production, operation and repair of aviation equipment.
