SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. System comprises: a processor, a program part consisting of a data analysis service, wherein the data analysis service comprises a memetic processor, a query database, a database and an API, wherein the memetic processor includes four modules: a language processor, an information space generation module, a prediction module, a publication thematic classification module, and when API receives a request which is sent to external server and in response receives texts and publication dates, obtained data are stored in database for temporary storage, memetic processor reads from database a set of publications with one date and sends publication text to language processor, and the language processor, which divides the publication text into sentences and determines the word association in the sentence, once the links between the words are spaced apart, the language processor generates sequences of words that do not exceed a given length of the n-gram.
