FIELD: tubular type membrane devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of tubular-type membrane apparatuses. Electrobaromembrane device of tubular type, consisting of metal rods, connected along end surface on one side with metal pin and metal mesh, and on the other side with end, blind surfaces of unipolar electrodes – anodes and cathodes, respectively, which are made in the form of tubes of the same length as the tubes with out-of-parallel and near-cathode membranes, respectively, metal mesh made in the form of a coiled cylinder of the same length as a cylindrical housing and located between it and a cylindrical shell, an end flange made in the form of a flat round cover, on the outer side of which there are through holes with thread for the terminal of the device for supply of electric current – anode and retention outlet nozzle respectively, in the pressure grid as well as in the end flange, there are holes with thread, which coincide relative to each other, in which there are terminal of device for supply of electric current – anode and retentate discharge union respectively, separation chamber formed between near anode and near-cathode membranes, clamping grates, cylindrical shell and central tube, tubes with anode and cathode membranes located outside and inside an unipolar electrodes – anodes and cathodes, respectively, which are uniformly, with pitch of fifty millimeters, distributed along height of device in seven units of four pieces, located perpendicular to cylindrical shell and central tube and fixed in them using annular gaskets, sealing of central tube, cylindrical shell and cylindrical housing with mating flange along end surface with pressure grids is made by means of gaskets accordingly, and sealing of end flange with pressure grid is made by means of sealing gaskets, bolts, nuts and washers, characterized in that one of cylindrical housing end surfaces has mating flange, and second is blind, at that on blind end surface of cylindrical housing there are through holes with thread, which coincide with same holes in pressure grid, one of which is under nozzle inlet of initial solution, and second for outlet of peranodic permeate, on outer side of cylindrical housing with mating flange there is an opening for outlet nozzle of cathode permeate, located at distance of thirty millimeters along generatrix from edge of end surface, and an opening for the electric current – cathode supply device terminal, located in the cylindrical housing generatrix middle with the mating flange, tubes with anode and cathode membranes located on the outside and inside the unipolar electrodes – anodes and cathodes in each neighboring node are turned relative to the central axis by an angle of forty five degrees relative to each other, metal plate is installed on outer side of end flange at bolt attachment points.
EFFECT: technical result is increased turbulization and mixing of solution, reduction of concentration polarization, increase of quality and efficiency of solution separation, absence of stagnant zones at output of cathode permeate, reduction of material consumption, low probability of cleavage of edges of end flange at bolt attachment points.
