TUBULAR-TYPE ELECTROBAROMEMBRANE DEVICE Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC B01D61/46

Abstract RU 2625669 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: tubular-type electrobaromembrane device contains a housing with end and counter flanges, tube grids, monopolar electrodes - anode and cathode, pre-cathodic and pre-anode membranes, pre-anodic and pre-cathodic permeate collectors, terminals for the supply of electric current, parent solution of pre-anodic and pre-cathodic permeate outlets, gaskets, bolts, nuts and washers, annular gaskets, turbulent mesh, right and left cylindrical stencil, tubes. The end flanges are made in the form of flat round caps with the outer side of which there are through-holes with a thread into which the terminals of the device for supplying electric current are screwed, touching monopolar electrodes - anode and cathode, which have round shape and are located in corresponding round areas on the inner side of the end flanges, sealing the anode and the cathode with staggered right and left cylindrical staggered stencils at the base and a clamp gratings is performed by means of annular gaskets, the gratings are sealed along the edge of the circumference through the gaskets along the landing surface of the "spike-groove" type with tube gratings, there is a gap between the tube gratings and the grilles 7 mm, forming the collections of the pre-anodic and pre-cathodic permeate, connected to the channels of the pre-anodic and pre-cathodic permeate located in the section of the device at the angles 3π/2 to the horizontal axis and coinciding with the holes in the outlets of the pre-anodic and pre-cathodic permeate screwed into the threads in the pressure gratings, the cylindrical body is connected through a gasket with a pipe grating along the landing surface of the "spike-groove" type, in the tube gratings there are through-holes and blind holes for pipes with external pre-anodic and pre-cathodic membranes located outside, sealing tubes with tube gratings are made through annular gaskets, pipes with pre-anodic and pre-cathodic membranes from the one and the other end extand along the thickness of the tube gratings to its edge and middle and to their midpoint and edge, respectively.

EFFECT: prevention of stagnant zones formation along the way of the output of pre-cathodic and pre-anodic permeate, an increase in the rate of removal of the pre-cathodic and pre-anodic permeate and a decrease in its heating.
