FIELD: roll-type membrane apparatuses.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of roll-type membrane apparatuses. A roll-type electrobaromembrane apparatus is proposed, consisting of a body made of a dielectric material, roll elements, a rubber cuff, cooling water inlet and outlet fittings, bolts, nuts, washers, a sealing gasket, a sealing gasket, an initial solution supply fitting, seating gaskets, a mating pressure flange, perforated tube, made with perforation in the form of elliptical grooves, along the perimeter of which there are semi-ellipses, end gaskets, antibody grating, bushing, films with notches deepened to half of its thickness, turbulizer grids, membrane substrates, cathode and anode membranes , drainage grids, which are the cathode and anode, devices for supplying electric current, external and internal tubes perforated with elliptical slots, along the perimeter of which there are semi-ellipses, partitions, perforated polymer partitions, electrical wires, adhesive composition, fittings for cathode and anode permeate outlet, retentate outlet fittings, cover, fixing gaskets with holes, rubber rings, collectors for the anode and cathode permeate outlet, sealing filling, cooling water turbulizer grids, external outlet tubes. The perforated tube is divided into four sections of the same volume along the entire length by a cruciform partition, and on the inner surface of the tube there are four semi-elliptical grooves running along the entire length of the generatrix and distributed from the horizontal axis at angles π/4, 3π/4, 5π/4, 7π/4 respectively, and four through elliptical slots located from the horizontal axis at angles of 0, π/2, π, 3π/2, respectively. There are four non-through holes on the inner side of the blind end surface of the cylindrical shell of the body, and four through holes on the detachable cover for four outer tubes located from the horizontal axis at angles of 0, π/2, π, 3π/2, respectively. The outer tube has a baffle and a polymeric perforated baffle with cylindrical holes located along the entire length of the outer and inner tubes and located respectively from the horizontal axis in the section at angles of 0, 5π/6, 7π/6; π/2, 4π/3, 5π/3; π, π/6, 11π/6; 3π/2, π/3, 2π/3. On the inner surface of the inner tubes there are four semi-elliptical grooves running along the entire length of the generatrices and distributed from the horizontal axis at angles π/4, 3π/4, 5π/4, 7π/4. Films having notches deepened to half of its thickness form isosceles triangles in shape.
EFFECT: reduction of hydraulic resistance in channels for removal of retentate and anode, cathode permeate, increase in productivity and quality of separation of solutions, increase in the area of cathode and anode membranes for separation of solutions, reduction of the effect of concentration polarization.
