FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture in relation to selection of grapes for immunity to pathogenic fungi. Method of induced mutagenesis during selection of grapes for resistance to mildew and oidium is carried out by treatment of seeds with electroactive water with acid reaction, when seeds are in electrolytic cell and exposed to constant electric current of 65 volts, with exposure of 8 hours. Current density is from 7.0 to 7.5 mA/cm2, and hydrogen index of water - pH is 2.9 units. Selection of seedlings is carried out in the second year of vegetation, after sowing of seeds on a six-point scale, with compliance of stability not worse than 2 points.
EFFECT: high percentage of mutations in selection of grapes when producing hybrid forms resistant to pathogenic fungi.
