FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of reconstruction of existing plants for low-temperature separation of natural gas and can be used in gas industry. Method of reconstructing the existing low-temperature gas separation plant consists in placing the apparatus with a vertical contact section as the condensate degassing unit, connected by its lower part to the outlet part of the horizontal stripping section with the vapor space. Contact section is connected to input and low-temperature separators by supply lines of hydrocarbon condensates. Inlet and outlet parts of the stripping section pipe space are connected to the inlet separation gas feed line before and after the recovery unit, respectively, and the bottom of the annular space of the inlet part of the stripping section is connected to the condensate degassing unit.
EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of flare gases quantity and increase of liquid products yield, as well as increase of output and improved quality of prepared gas.
