FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of reconstruction of existing low-temperature separation plants and can be used in gas industry. Disclosed are two versions of the method of reconstruction: first version relates to a method of reconstructing a LTS plant in order to avoid formation of flare gases, including installation of a refluxer, cooled by counterflow supplied to its heat and mass exchange section with gas, characterized in that the dephlegmator is installed after the reduction assembly instead of the low-temperature separator and is equipped with a reducing device located on the line for supply to its heat and mass exchange section of the reflux gas mixture from the top of the refluxer and waste gas from the top of the contact section, and before the condensate degassing unit, a heat and mass exchange apparatus with a horizontal stripping and vertical contact sections is arranged, in which the stripping section has a phase interface forming a vapor space and a liquid space with a horizontal tube bundle, inlet and outlet parts of which are connected to inlet separation gas feed line before and after recuperation unit, respectively, wherein bottom of liquid space on inlet side of tube bundle is connected to condensate degassing unit by stripped product supply line, and the top of the vapor space on the side of the outlet part of the tube bundle is connected to the lower part of the contact section, which is also connected to the inlet separator and the refluxer by the hydrocarbon condensate supply lines, besides, the gas discharge line from the condensate degassing unit is equipped with a compressor and connected to the prepared gas discharge line from the installation after the recuperation unit; second method is characterized by the installation of a dephlegmator with a reducing device, cooled by low-temperature separation gas, between the reduction unit and the low-temperature separator, as well as its connection to the contact section of the condensate feed line.
EFFECT: prevention of formation of flare gases and increased output of prepared gas and liquid products.
