FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment, and more specifically to method of hitting hypersonic aircrafts (HAC). Method of HAC destruction consists in the fact that HAC is detected by means of location means, calculating coordinates of its movement with the help of computer and directing the hitting device to the point of collision with said HAC. At that, HAC is detected with the help of at least four passive electromagnetic wave receivers. Attack means are installed on rotary platform. Platform provides pulse incline of laser axis by angle α in vertical plane. After calculating, at each moment in real time, a computer is instructed to pulse the platform with the laser at the calculated angle αin the selected vertical plane, as well as issue a command to emit a powerful energy pulse, which hits the HAC.
EFFECT: enabling HAC hitting.
