Device for detecting local-stationary areas on an image comprises an input implementation storage unit, an arbitrary point selection unit, eight units for selecting values in the processing direction, eight row forming units, eight calculation units with the alpha parameter one, eight calculation units with the alpha parameter two, eight threshold exceeding units, eight row length data storage units, a mask construction unit, a whole image analysis condition unit, an output implementation storage unit.
EFFECT: technical result is higher quality of obtained result.
