FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely pediatric surgery. Abdominal cavity is opened. Descending colonic segment is separated from mesentery blood vessels. Then a segment of a descending colon of length 2 cm is separated with marginal vessels of the left colonic artery, blood supplying the given intestinal segment, with their subsequent ligation for exclusion of mesenteric blood supply on the given segment with preservation of an intramural blood supply. Abdominal cavity is closed. In period from 9 to 62 days after ligation, a hypogangloid model is obtained in a segment of a descending colon.

EFFECT: method enables reproducing a model of colonic hypoglyphosis for further study of anatomical and physiological features of the intestine and developing methods of treating the given condition.
