FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to modular converted dwelling houses. Modular house comprises rotary volume modules convertible in form of parallelepiped inside module-shell closed with prismatic roof. Said roof is hinged to module-shell, inside of which there is an angular module hingedly fixed in wall opening. Side module is fitted in appropriate opening, module-shell and angular module are made with openings from above, closed by panel-floor of second floor with ladder to second floor. End module in the form of a box open on the side of their abutment is hinged in the side module. Height of the angular module is less than the height of the module-shell by the value of the C-shaped barrier panel which closes the formed opening until the prismatic cover covers the angular module. Part of the angular module projecting beyond its limits is arranged with a skew with possibility of fixing roofs on it. Roof of lateral module is extension of said roof. All modules and side walls of prismatic roof have windows, and angular module has an entrance door.
EFFECT: invention widens operational capabilities of a modular convertible dwelling house.
