FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to domestic animal fodder products. Disclosed is a method for production of granules of dry fodder for domestic animals, such as dogs, corresponding to the adapted formula of dry fodder, comprising adding a meat suspension obtained by milling fresh or frozen meat by injecting hot steam at a temperature of about 71 °C or less and emulsification, to initial formula of dry fodder, containing meat meal, boiling extrusion of mixture of ingredients to produce extrudate and treatment of extrudate, wherein increasing the bioavailability of at least one of an essential fatty acid, such as linoleic acid, and an indispensable amino acid, such as arginine and lysine, compared to the initial formula of dry fodder, containing meat meal, wherein meat, which is not meat meal, is from approximately 14 wt % to approximately 30 wt % of adapted formula of dry fodder.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increase of availability of amino acids and fatty acids of granules of dry fodder for domestic animals.
