FIELD: anchor devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anchor devices, in particular for reinforcement of retaining walls for various purposes, and can be used in hydraulic engineering, industrial and civil construction, as well as for anchoring of supports of power transmission lines and bridges. An anchor device, mainly for reinforcement of retaining walls, comprises an anchor rod made of a rod of a round or rectangular cross-section, a strip or a pipe from two parts interconnected by means of lock elements, fixed on the sides of the said parts of the anchor line, respectively, facing each other, and fastening unit to anchored object, consisting of two elements rigidly fixed on external ends of anchor tie-rod, one of which is made with eye in the form of hole for possibility of attachment to anchored object. Both locking elements of attachment assembly to anchored object are made forged / cast from steel with eye in form of rounded tips with hole in center and threaded shank, connected to anchor tie-rod, which outer ends are also made with thread, by means of bushing with multidirectional internal thread, and possible subsequent melting of their connection point. Lock interconnecting to each other ends of anchoring elements components is made in form of coupling with internal multidirectional thread, and the ends of the anchoring elements of the tie rod facing each other, are made with an external multidirectional thread, wherein the coupling and the traction components are placed in the shrink tube.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of device while simplifying its manufacturing.
