FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a diesel locomotive containing power and auxiliary equipment located in a body with a bearing frame resting on two trolleys with traction motors, electric drive of traction electric motors, control cabin, four-stroke diesel, driving AC traction unit, cooling chamber with units of radiator sections and motor-fans of cooling, sucking external air at rotation of fan wheels, through side louvres and radiator sections. Diesel locomotive also comprises blowdown system of air channels for passage of sucked outside air in refrigerating chamber.
EFFECT: longer periodicity of maintenance.
