SUBSTANCE: power plant cooling device incorporates a number of radiator sections, their air intake, an impeller with a ring and polymer blades attached on the hub disk, an additional air intake coupled with an air duct accommodating the fan impeller drive motor with a front shield. Note that the air intake and additional air intake with air duct communicate with the fan impeller suck-in zone the fan impeller ring is arranged on the motor shaft with minimum clearance relative to the motor front shield. The latter makes an air duct wall, the ring cylindrical surface has the hole to let cooling air out of the air duct with motor and to cool blades attachments to the hub disk. The aforesaid holes may also be made in the air duct wall and in the ring cylindrical surface.
