SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a developing device which exhibits a latent electrostatic image formed on a photosensitive drum and is configured to be attached to the main body of the image forming / separation device, as well as to the process cartridge, which forms a developer image on the photosensitive drum and is configured to be attached to the main body of the image forming / separation device. Disclosed group of inventions includes a developing cartridge and an image forming device. Developing cartridge comprises: a developing roller, a casing rotatably supporting the developing roller, wherein the housing includes a dyeing powder chamber; first end and second end opposite first end relative to axial direction of developing roller, connecting element provided adjacent to the first end of the housing, wherein the connecting member is connected during operation to the developing roller, a first supporting member attached to the first end of the housing, wherein first supporting member is rotatable relative to housing about axis of rotation Y and second supporting member attached to housing second end, wherein second supporting element is made with possibility of rotation relative to housing and first supporting element around said rotation axis Y, note here that first support element comprises orifice and connecting element is open through said hole from first support element.

EFFECT: technical result is preventing the upsizing of the developing cartridge serving as a developing apparatus.
