FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to class of piston compressors with electric drives. Inflating unit, comprising housing, inside which there is an electric motor, connected to compressor, outlet pipe, connected to compressor, control and indication elements, wherein inside the housing there is an inverter configured to supply the electric motor, at least one centrifugal air pump connected to the electric motor shaft, wherein the housing includes heat-insulating walls which separate the compressor, motor and inverter from each other such that air is pumped inside the housing by means of a centrifugal air pump through slots in the housing on one side, passes through an air compressor, an electric motor and an inverter independently and is output outside through the slots in the housing of the other side.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing high efficiency of air pumping for vehicles using vehicle storage battery.
