FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for spraying and application of anticorrosion coatings, can be used for application of viscous protective mastic on surface of agricultural equipment in conditions of low temperature. Hinged compressor unit for preservation of agricultural machines at low temperature comprises a compressor with a receiver, an electric motor, a thermo-van with a low-voltage heating element, spray gun of mastic, air hose with heating coil, low-voltage generator for power supply of heating devices and removable attachment fixed on receiver platform. A shank for the cardan shaft connecting the compressor with the power take-off shaft of the aggregated tractor is attached to the compressor pulley. On the electric motor flange there is a bearing bracket, on which a bypass roller is rigidly fixed and a low-voltage generator is pivotally fixed with possibility of rotation for tension of the drive belt. Heat-conducting plate is installed in thermal bath, on which bushings for arrangement of metal balloons with mastic are fixed on top, and low-voltage heating element is attached from below. To power supply circuits of heating element of thermal shock and heating spiral in air hose is connected power supply unit from alternating current network, adapted to voltage of low-voltage generator, and in circuit of electric supply of heating spiral there is a switch located at handle of gun-sprayer.

EFFECT: improved quality of application of protective coating at conservation of agricultural machines in conditions of low temperature, increasing efficiency, reducing energy consumption for heating the protective paste and improving the maintenance condition of the plant owing to simplifying the compressor drive and adapting it to operation of the electric mains.
