AUTOMATED IDENTIFICATION OF LOCATION OF OCCLUSION IN INFARCT-RELATED CORONARY ARTERY Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61B5/452

Abstract RU 2598049 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to cardiovascular diagnostics. ECG signals are received from n leads. ECG signals are analyzed from leads indicating to lifting ST. Plurality of ECG measurements are calculated and used for classification of infarct-related coronary artery and location of its occlusion. ECG measurements are applied for development of probability classifier of occlusion locations in various locations of coronary arteries. Then classifier is applied to identification of location with highest probability of occlusion. Location is identified of specific coronary artery for user, which is probable site of occlusion. Development of classifier therein additionally comprises development of logical regression classifier for recognition of occlusion probability at proximal right coronary artery (RCA) from occlusion at middle/distal RCA and at circumflex branch of left coronary (LCx) artery.

EFFECT: method enables high accuracy of determining location of infarct-related coronary artery.
