FIELD: medicine, cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out stress-echocardiography along with physical loading to determine the disorders of myocardial regional contractility. Moreover, on finishing physical loading not later than 180 sec one should carry out a single Doppler investigation for the rate of basal segment's movement of free wall of right ventricle at control volume at length being equal to 0.33 cm and in case if maximal systolic rate of the given segment after loading is below 16 cm/sec it is possible to diagnose the lesion of right coronary artery.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
