SUBSTANCE: device comprises at least one pressure button (2) intended for placement on tank (1) and made with possibility of movement between the initial position and at least one pressed position, housing (3) configured to be installed inside the tank and comprising overlapping means (30) configured to move between the overlapping position and at least one opening position of water hole (31), made in tank wall, drive mechanism (4) between one or several pressure buttons and shutoff facilities. Push button comprises means for return to initial position. Push button freely moves relative to drive mechanism from initial position into at least one predetermined pressed position of temporary connection with drive mechanism, in which push button and drive mechanism are connected with possibility of translational movement. Switching the pressure button from the preset temporary connection position to the initial position causes the overlapping means to transition from the overlapping position to the opening position.

EFFECT: reduced probability of water loss due to undesirable effects on the push button.
