FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying disperse products, in particular, to processes of liquid disperse products drying in devices with boiling layer of inert bodies. Method of liquid supply to drier with boiling layer of inert bodies consists in supply of dried liquid through sprinkler into drier with boiling bed of inert bodies with installed mixing device, using pulse supply of dried liquid, wherein the beginning of the liquid supply pulse corresponds to the moment when the projection of the blade of the mixing device passes directly under the sprinkler, and the volume of the dosed liquid and the time of the supply pulse are found as a function of the speed of rotation of the mixing device. Dried liquid is supplied into the upper right part of the surface of the blade of the mixing device in the direction of rotation of the mixing device installed inside the boiling layer of the inert bodies. Design of mixing device installed in drier with boiling layer of inert bodies consists in creation on zone of device of zone for supply of dried liquid to surface, presence on the blade of spherical protrusions of the calculated size located at the tops of the square grid with the calculated position of the initial grid unit and the value of the side of the grid, with the calculated shape of the blade of the mixing device, which ensures material saving for the blade manufacturing.

EFFECT: invention increases uniformity of of removal by inert bodies of the liquid supplied to the apparatus, prevents formation of inert bodies in the boiling layer of agglomerates, higher intensity of the process of drying liquid disperse products in apparatus with a boiling layer of inert bodies by providing a minimum thickness of the liquid film coating the inert body, which intensifies the drying process of the liquid and enables to obtain a uniform finely dispersed dry product.
