FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: distributing dryer for liquid products in boiling bed of inert bodies consists of housing with gas-distributing lattice, liquid product sprinkler and agitator located above this lattice. Besides, rotor with drive and blades is installed in housing horizontally. It can be adjusted in radial direction over agitator in boiling bed of inert bodies. Radial adjustment is peculiar by rotor implemented in the form of axis rigidly fixed to housing, and bushing with blades rotating on this axis. Rotor is actuated by rack pair consisting of toothed circular crown fixed to agitator blades and rack pinion installed on rotor. In addition, number of agitator blades is to be equal to no less than three. Agitator is fixed to housing being in the form of tapered bushing, by holding elements. Each injector is centrifugal and includes housing with chamber where screw with the external threaded groove is located. Besides, bottom of housing is provided with throttling opening. Choke with cylindrical opening is in the top of housing. Threaded opening is available inside screw and agitating chamber is situated under the screw. Agitating chamber consists of cylindrical and tapered parts. Screw is rigidly linked with T-shaped throttle plate, where at least three holes are made in its end cylindrical part. Axial throttling opening is available in axial cylindrical part rigidly connected to end cylindrical part. In addition, hydraulic resistance of throttling openings is selected in dependence on properties of sprayed liquid and required rate of dispersion.

EFFECT: intensification of heat and mass exchange in case crystal seed is used as inert body.
