FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for drying disperse materials in a fluidized bed and can be used in production of chemical products, construction materials, mineral raw material, in production of mineral fertilizers, for example, potassium and phosphorus fertilizers. In drying device with housing of round section and grate in lower part, heat carrier supply and discharge nozzles located tangentially relative to curvilinear surface of housing, additional heat carrier supply branch pipe, loading and unloading units, swirler, heat carrier supply branch pipe is located tangentially under the grid, having holes in the form of slots. Walls of slots are made curved and form curvilinear input channels. Lattice is divided into sectors, slots of one sector are parallel to each other, slits of each sector are located at an angle to slots of neighboring sectors. Additional heat carrier supply pipe is connected to pressure chamber located outside around the housing. In wall of pressure chamber, adjacent to case, chordally oriented nozzles are made. Nozzles and swirler are located above grate.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency and efficiency of drying material.
