FIELD: dust removal system.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device and system for removing dust deposited in an opening. Proposed device comprises hollow nozzle casing (20) with injection nozzle (16) coupled thereto and suction nozzle (18) surrounding injection nozzle. Nozzle casing (20) includes first fluid feed channel (80). Along the first channel, part of compressed fluid medium is supplied as first compressed fluid medium into injection nozzle. Housing includes second channel (84) for supply of fluid medium. Along second channel another part of compressed fluid medium is released as second compressed fluid medium downstream in direction of outlet, along which dust and first compressed fluid medium are released into nozzle casing (20) and into outer space. Device also comprises unit (66) of volume control during injection due to adjustment of area of first channel (80) of supply of fluid medium. Unit (66) provides control of flow rate of the first compressed fluid medium injected from injection nozzle (16). Volume control unit (28, 38) at injection due to adjustment of the area of the second fluid medium supply channel (84) provides control of the flow rate of the second compressed fluid medium discharged to the downstream side in the outlet direction, as well as amount of dust and amount of compressed fluid sucked by suction nozzle (18). Unit (66) can be made in the form of a needle screw. Adjustment assembly (28, 38) comprises adjusting thread on outer surface of suction nozzle (18) and on inner surface of nozzle casing (20).

EFFECT: effective removal of dust due to adjustment of flow rate during injection and flow rate at suction.
