SUBSTANCE: optical article includes a base layer which extends along the first measurement and the second measurement, wherein the second measurement is orthogonal to the first measurement, as well as reflecting tapes provided on the upper surface of the base layer. Reflecting tapes are located in the longitudinal direction of the common plane passing along the second dimension and have dihedral angles which change as a function of the distance in the transverse direction of the common plane. Reflecting tapes are arranged parallel to each other along the first measurement.
EFFECT: invention relates to optically variable devices which are used both in making decorative articles and articles of applied value.
