FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: polymer system for connection of a disposable container with a device for measuring pressure is proposed, along with a method of transmitting pressure of a bioreactor to a device for measuring pressure and a measuring system for a liquid. Polymer system contains connecting means for attaching to a disposable container with a diaphragm bent in response to pressure in a disposable container, as well as connecting means for connecting to a pressure measuring device, adapted to transfer the pressure of the fluid to the isolating diaphragm of the device, and connecting the said means to a tube. Method includes attaching the connecting means to the bioreactor, sterilizing the bioreactor, attaching the connecting means to the pressure measuring device, introducing the sample into the bioreactor and measuring the pressure in the bioreactor. Measuring system contains the specified polymer system and a measuring device with an isolating diaphragm.
EFFECT: invention provides the ability to repeatedly use an accurate and sophisticated measuring instrument with a wireless connection together with various disposable containers without cleaning.
