SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modular electric protective device which comprises movable contact control mechanism (50) and electric arc quenching chamber (51) with first conductive horn (52) having fixed contact (31), and with second conductive horn (53) electrically connected to movable contact (32), at least part of annular armature (40) of electric transformer (35), sensitive to given conditions of passage of current, is located opposite section (60) of second conducting horn (53), inclined to rear face (13) of device and to chamber (51) of arc extinction from side of rear face (13) and at right angle to inclined section (60) of second conductive horn ( 53) in forward-backward direction (55).

EFFECT: technical result is provision of device compactness and convenience during its manufacturing.
