SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a production method for a stereoscopic image forming device and a stereoscopic image forming device, in which the first and second light control panels (parallel light-reflecting panels), each of which has strip-shaped light-reflecting surfaces (mirror surfaces), aligned in parallel, overlap each other so that corresponding light-reflecting surfaces of the first and second light control panels intersect in a top view. For making the first and second light control panels, a molded transparent resin workpiece, which includes triangular cross-section grooves, each groove has inclined and vertical surfaces, and projecting strips of triangular cross-section, respectively located in parallel on the front side of transparent plate-like material, are made by pressing, pressure casting or coil forming, and mirror surfaces are selectively formed only on vertical surfaces of grooves. First and second light control panels, each of which has a group of strip-shaped light-reflecting surfaces, which stand vertically and spaced apart in parallel, overlap, so that groups of strip-shaped light-reflecting surfaces intersect in a top view.

EFFECT: stereoscopic image forming device and its production method, which makes it possible to easily create the first and second light control panels and obtain more accurate stereoscopic images.
