FIELD: production technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of drive belt. Drive belt is produced from a vulcanised product of a rubber mixture which contains a rubber component which contains ethylene-α-olefin elastomer, a metal salt of and α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid, magnesium oxide, an organic peroxide and an inorganic filler. Proportion of magnesium oxide is 2–20 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of rubber component, wherein making 5 parts by weight or more relative to 100 parts by weight of metal salt of and α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid. Ratio of the salt of the metal and the α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid can be in range of 5–40 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the rubber component.
EFFECT: higher reliability and strength of belt.
