FIELD: heat exchange.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange between gas flows. Method of making plate-like slit heat exchanger includes assembly of slit channels from plates, sealing of which is performed by welding of plates forming slit channel in pairs, assembling the slot channels into the stack and laying the slit channel package into the body, wherein the slit channels are made in accordance with the relationship:

L is slit channel length, b is slit channel width, r is slit channel dimension in transverse direction, CV is heat capacity of gas, is heat conductivity coefficient of gas, J is gas flow, and after slotted channels welding into their butt ends, inlet and outlet pipelines are tightly welded, which are connected to form input and output channels of high-temperature gas flow, wherein distances between adjacent slot channels are selected equal to size of slot channel in transverse direction r, after which slotted channels package is hermetically sealed in thick-wall outer housing, and to the outer housing opposite ends inlet and outlet pipelines of low-temperature gas flow path are welded, wherein distance between side walls of adjacent slot channels and between outer housing and adjacent side plates of slot channels is selected equal to size of slot channel in transverse direction r.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of optimum conditions for increase of heat exchange.
