FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for heating and cooling of gases and liquids in various branches of national economy, namely, for intensification of heat transfer process and reduction of rate of scale formation in heat exchangers of GTP. Invention consists in creation of additional vortex structures and pulsations formed along the whole section of flow in slot channels, which arise as a result of vibration of heat exchanger housing. In plate heat exchanger containing pressure plates, pack of heat exchange plates made with regular relief of concavities, with inlet and outlet holes on each plate for mutually alternating slot channels, the latter are connected by their inlet and outlet headers connected with supply and output pipelines via flexible inserts, and lower end faces of pressure plates are equipped with elastic elements connected with support plate.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of method of using initial water during cooling of GTP coolant and plate heat exchanger.
