FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular, to bench for production of cross bar. Stand consists of reinforced concrete base, in upper part of which there is a recess with installed in it pipes for circulation of hot water. Above the niche there are metal beams resting on the reinforced concrete base. On the metal beams there is a metal sheet, which performs the crossbar formwork. On one end side of the base there are gripping devices for tensioning the stressed reinforcement, and on the other end side – hydraulic jacks for relieving stresses in the fixtures. On metal sheet with thickness of 10–12 mm there are metal elements with dimensions of 140 × 300 × 3,000 mm, which are equipped with magnets, which makes it possible to install them in the required position. These elements are installed tightly to each other and are designed to perform function of formwork system when making cross bar with width of up to 600 mm. Metal elements with size of 140 × 300 × 3,000 mm are installed in two rows at distance of 600 mm from each other, at that, they are placed tightly to each other for the required length of 100–120 meters. Solid to inner surface of one row of elements 140 × 300 × 3,000 mm in the zone of arrangement of the auxiliary element of the crossbar there are detachable inserts of three types. First type of detachable inserts is located between connecting elements of crossbar, length of 450 mm, height of 300 mm, width of 125 mm, equal to width of auxiliary element. Insert is made of concrete; a lifting loop is installed in it for its removal from the stand, movement and installation. In this insert there are two embedded parts for installation and attachment of U-shaped elements. Lower part of this insert is made with 1/10 stepping at 80 mm.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of labor costs during installation.
