SUBSTANCE: invention relates to large pre-stressed reinforced concrete products manufacturing devices. A large pre-stressed reinforced concrete products manufacturing stand contains a frame with longitudinal and transversal vertical walls, with a metal sheet base on which the formwork elements are installed, guide channels in the transversal vertical walls with movable and fixed grippers for the reinforcement installed inside walls. Channels, on which the metal plate is installed and fastened, are fixed on the base of the frame. The vertical walls inner surface, the channels surface and the horizontal surface of the base of the frame under the metal sheet are covered with thermal insulation material. Heat-reflecting sheet material is installed between the channels, and metal and plastic pipes are installed to circulate hot water and provide heating of the metal sheet and the reinforced concrete products moulded on the sheet. The metal sheet embodiment and fastening are proposed.

EFFECT: invention provides possibility to reduce heat consumption during the reinforced concrete products manufacturing.
