SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for scalp massage. Head skin massager comprises a housing, a motor located inside the housing, a transmission unit configured to be driven by a motor, and assembled massage heads, made with possibility to be actuated by transmission unit and having lower part protruding from housing. Proposed transmission comprises worm reducer assembly and drive gears driven by worm reduction gear assembly and configured to actuate massage heads assembly, respectively. Said drive gears are arranged horizontally inside the housing. Each of said massage heads assembly comprises: rocker, fastening assembly and massage head. Rocker passes through the fastening assembly, upper end of balance arm is inserted at an angle into the corresponding drive gear, intermediate section of balance arm is provided with ball element, ball element is arranged so that to be arranged with possibility of rotation inside fastening assembly, lower end of rocker protrudes from housing and massage head is fixed on lower end of balance arm. Fastening assembly comprises: a through spherical recess, wherein the ball member is located in the spherical recess, a support having a first through hole, and a fastening clutch built into the upper portion of the first through hole; fastening coupling is provided with second through hole; and the second through hole and the first through hole are interconnected and closed to form a spherical recess to accommodate the ball element.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase massage force due to reduction of power loss.
