SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Medical kit for placing a subsystem of an analyte selected from a sensor for determining at least one analyte in body tissue and a device for administering into the human body at least one medicinal agent containing at least one disposable container, at least one sterile container disposed within the disposable container to be withdrawn therefrom, and at least one subsystem, at least partially introduced into body of subject and placed in sterile container. Sterile container has at least one outlet for output of the introduced subsystem. Outlet hole is closed by the formed protective film with the bolt superimposed on the outlet hole. Gate formed by the protective film is attached to the disposable container with the possibility of its automatic removal from the outlet hole when the sterile container is removed from the disposable container. Medical device for inserting into body of subject at least one subsystem selected from analyte sensor for determining at least one analyte in body tissue and apparatus for administering at least one medicament into a human body comprises at least one of said medical kit as per any of the preceding claims and at least one insertion tool configured to insert a subsystem into the body of the subject. Method for manufacturing the above medical kit, characterized in that a disposable container is prepared, provided with a sterile container, with a subsystem placed therein, a shutter formed by the protective film closing the outlet, a sterile container is placed inside the disposable container with possibility of its removal and the gate formed by the protective film is attached to the disposable container. Method of capturing subsystem (202) by input instrument of subsystem (202), at least partially introduced into body of subject and selected from sensor of analyte for determination of at least one analyte in body tissue and device (204) for introduction into body of subject of at least one drug, characterized by that at least one above medical kit is prepared, attaching at least one insertion instrument to the medical kit, inserting the insert into engagement with a sterile container from the medical kit, extracting the insert from the disposable container of the medical kit. During removal of the insert from the disposable container, the sterile container remains in engagement with the insertion tool, and the gate formed by the protective film is separated from the sterile container outlet.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to reduce sterilization, for example, electron-beam sterilization, only, or at least to a large extent, to sterilization of the subsystem with ease of handling the kit.
