SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to the determination of analyte in physiological fluid. A device, a method for use, as well as a method for assembling the device are proposed, wherein the device contains: at least one analyte sensor having an input site adapted for at least partial input into the tissue of the user’s body; at least one input cannula, inside which the analyte sensor is at least partially located; at least one electronics unit with which the analyte sensor is functionally connected; at least one case having at least one electronics compartment designed to at least partially accommodate the electronics unit, and at least one sensor compartment designed to at least partially accommodate the analyte sensor, wherein the sensor compartment forms a hermetically insulated compartment containing at least the input site of the analyte sensor and having at least one detachable upper cap and at least one detachable lower cap, wherein the detachable lower cap is designed to be separated before input, thereby opening the input site of the sensor for input, and the input cannula is attached to the detachable upper cap, which is designed to be separated after input, thereby removing the input cannula, wherein the electronics compartment at least partially surrounds the sensor compartment, and the electronics compartment and the sensor compartment form a single whole.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the efficiency of determining the analyte in the physiological fluid.
