FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of using medical system (201) for controlling diabetes, cartridge (100) of medical system (201) for controlling diabetes, introductory instrument (200) of medical system (201) for controlling diabetes and medical system (201) for controlling diabetes. Method includes insertion (700) of input tool along preset path into inner volume of housing, which is accompanied by attachment of support to input tool. Proposed method comprises extraction stage 702 and support from case inner volume. Proposed method comprises step of arming of energy-storing component with guided in preset path insertion of input tool into case inner volume. Cartridge (100) comprises housing (103) with inner volume (104), comprising a first guide structure (106) located in inner volume (104) and capable of guiding a second guide structure (206) along a predetermined path, relating to input tool (200). Housing has hole (102) and comprises rigid element (106) for interaction with energy-storing component (806, 208) of input mechanism (208) of input tool (200). Cartridge has support (112) for medical device installation, located in inner volume of housing and containing subcutaneous element, insertion needle, actuated to introduce a subcutaneous element into the body of the subject, an adhesive layer for attaching to an external surface of the subject and layer (116) of protective material, covering adhesive layer to prevent adhesion of adhesive layer to surface in inner volume of housing. Section (118) of protective material is attached to housing. Inlet tool (200) comprises second guide structure (206) mating cartridge body (100) and capable of guiding input tool into inner volume of cartridge body by preset first guide track structure. Medical system (201) comprises cartridge (100) and insertion tool (200).
EFFECT: technical result is simple process of using a medical device to make this process less dependent on the use of fine motor skills and possibility of repeated use, handling of which for single-use articles, such as a cannula and/or a sensor, requires only a few simple manipulations.
