FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer acoustic and/or reinforcing nonwoven material. Material contains two external coating nonwoven materials: a) coating a non-woven material consisting of PE-adhesive nonwoven fabric with a basis weight of 30 to 200 g/m2 and a nonwoven material comprised of PP/PET nonwoven fabric with a basis weight of 50 g/m2 to 250 g/m2, b) the two cover nonwoven materials are PP/PET non-woven material with a surface density of 100 to 800 g/m2, respectively, located between the outer cover nonwoven layer of particulate product with a surface density of 250 to 700 g/m2 of PE, PET, PP, multicomponent (BiCo)-fibre material wherein ground product contains from 5 to 50 wt. %, in terms of dust wastes of ground product of recycled cotton, PET and multicomponent (BiCo) fibres.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of multilayer acoustic and/or reinforcing nonwoven material, in particular, for vehicles with special acoustic properties using known ground product from production of fibre-containing products in the sector of vehicles together with corresponding thermoplastic dust wastes, which were not supplied for reuse, and were sent for recycling, that is till now they have not been used.
