SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of decorative surfaces using inkjet printing technology. A method for manufacturing decorative surfaces, comprising the steps of: ink-jet printing color pattern using one or more water-based ink-jet inks, containing latex binder on a polyurethane base; impregnating the paper substrate with a thermoset resin; and hot pressing of the impregnated thermoset resin paper backing, carrying a color pattern, printed using ink-jet printing, to form a decorative surface.
EFFECT: suggested solution simplifies the manufacturing process of the product.
